Exhaust insulating wrap is an innovative way to create more horsepower and reduce under-bonnet temperatures. Wrapping headers with Exhaust Insulating Wrap maintains hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. This produces increased exhaust scavenging and leads to lower intake temperatures.

Thermo-tec exhaust wrap will withstand continuous heat at over 1000°C and will not over-insulate when properly installed.

This NEW copper exhaust insulating wrap will provide a 30% improvement on the natural product by use of an improved copper coating which conducts heat across the wraps surface.
